yarn-dyed cotton blend houndstooth jacquard knit - black/white

This is a smart and stylish yarn-dyed 2-ply jacquard knit, a little lighter in weight and drape than a doubleknit and not as heavy or firm as ponte. The classic houndstooth graphic (.625" repeat) is knitted in cloud-white and black. The reverse side is a black backing which is soft and nearly opaque but not meant to be seen (so your garment may not need lining. It is opaque with a bit of body in the drape, and has 20% widthwise stretch, 10% lengthwise. It would be perfect for a tunic, cardigan, pullover, light knit jacket, top, sheath dress, skirt, cigarette pants, tunic, etc. So versatile! Dry clean or please test first if you wish to try either hand or machine washing, use cool water and hang to dry. No bleach and iron on low.
